Ok no need for melodramatics, Im sure you wouldnt be "forced" to disclose your age, hopefully if it was implemented it would be optional like your location.
And if it was optional i dont think the point of it would be gone, most people in these forums seem to be honest, well adjusted people that dont seem to care much if someone can see there statistics, and probably wouldnt think showing there age is some kind of massive traumatic issue.

I, for one, am against this idea because I think there might be better ways to acheive the same goal.

People are going to be lying about their age left and right. It would be too easy to circumvent.

Furthermore, age is just a number and not always indicative of maturity. Many 25-year-olds act like 15-year-olds.

Like I said, if you're going to implement it, make it OPTIONAL.

It is optional. Hell if you want to know how old someone is, look in their posts. People invariably make some reference to it.

Not sure why Demon is so against it. It is kind of womanly to worry so much about your age.
