"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Am I wrong not to ask for the number of a hot+boring chick?

I met a chick at school. She looks like a 7, has potential. When I talked to her she seemed a little sheltered and boring nerdy, despite the fact she'd grown up in Amsterdam.

Now TBH I don't know anything about her. I only talked to her for about 20 minutes. She passed the ball to me when she said: "we have no classes at all next week!!". I knew this meant that I should ask for the number and see if she wanted to hang out. However I figured she was not my type. Decided I would use her as more of a gatekeeper, a chick to get access to other chicks. She had a bit of a nerdy vibe, but she was at least a 7. My conscience just wouldn't allow me to ask for the number. My conscience stood in my way. Is there something wrong with my inner game? Or am I just not interested in boring chicks??

My roommate says I should have just asked for the number.

I will likely be seeing her in other classes this week and then I could also just ask for the number.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

The only person that needs to decides whether or not your personal decision are right or wrong is you. It's futile asking someone else for their opinion. If you aren't feeling it, you aren't feeling it, end of discussion.

Yeah. She seemed to like me though. I figure I might as well give her a chance, plus I'm sure my johnson wouldn't mind a close encounter with her clam.

So I'm thinking of asking the number under the pretext that we study together instead of the pretext that we hang out. That way I've got the possibility of studying with her as well, and I can remain mysterious in my intentions.

If you ain't feeling it, you ain't feeling it. Do what girls do to us, and Friend Zone the living shyt out of her. Study with her, etc, and perhaps she has some friends. Expand your social circle.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I think you kinda dropped the ball here bro... I mean sometimes people are feeling low and are boring... but as time goes on you get to be like "WOW, who is this new person here? She's amazing!". And, if you like someone that someone will like you more! So give her a chance... Remember she is a girl and girls always have a couple of weapons in her arsenal, she may not have had the time to use them yet. ;)
