"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

anyone have experience with this?
-at the beginning of this semester i walked into my first class and this hb9 stares at me, like long into my eyes, but it was sort of creepy, she's also in 2 of my other classes. i don't talk to her for probably the first month, she continues to stare from across the room or where-ever
-i got into a car accident early in the first semester and had to write down directions to the body shop, i wrote them down on the first page of my accounting binder, she shows up there, apparently her ex let some drunk crash her car (strange huh?)
-one day she just blurts out "(my name), do you have a highlighter?", at this point i had never introduced myself, but they are small classes and maybe she just overheard my name
-we eventually start talking, and i think i'd be an idiot to let this gorgeous girl slip thru my hands, so i ask her out, she flakes, i NEXT but continue to sit beside her just to be friends, she continues to do the shy girl touching thing with her elbow and stuff like that
-i swear to god she was masturbating in class next to me one day, either that or she had to pee real bad
-semester end nears, we study together and whatnot, she'll play footsies with me under the table (at this point, i simply assume she's a crazy b!tch)
-i learn that over summer we both went camping together at the exact same camp ground/time, i can't say i ever remember meeting her or seeing her, but it was a massive place
-we talk about courses next semester and we find out each others classes, i know she has a 5 course load and none of them are my classes...i walk into business ethics today and there she is...it is an odd class, 1 course section, night class, and she's staring at me from across the class
-there are a couple other times when she'd show up at school when i'd least expect it, but it would be safe to guess i was there

so am i crazy and this is all just coincidences, or is she crazy and should i be afraid?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I look at this seeing two viewpoints. She flirted with you (footies), yet the random apperences are strange.

Keep updating with interaction, I can't put my thumb on it, but it does feel strange. Try talking to her, even act overly AFC on purpose to see if she lays off.

There's just something nagging me about this...

I don't think she's stalking you. However, I'd say that she probably likes you, and is making 5hit up so she has something in common with you.

Or she could be doing all that because she's an AW.

where in canada are you from?

calgarian myself

edit: des: she has also started conversations with me based on stuff she's overheard from me talking with other people

i also asked her out another time and also got the shaft, so it made me assume she's an AW, but her appearing in my class started to get me worried

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

be ****y funny... Straight up ask her if she is stalking you with a smile on your face.

C/F: Hey are you stalking me? I mean if you like me then why didn't you just go out on those dates? Tell her you might be willing to give her one last chance, but she must earn it.

Be bold. Straight up ask in a C/F way if she is trying to get with you but to shy to do anything about it.

You don't have anything to lose.

Are you stalking me? Because that would be excellent.
