“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Apparently, my urologist says I can no longer take creatine as he thinks that what the cause of my two bouts of kidney stones. I've not taken creatine since November, and my arms are noticeably smaller. I am guessing that is due to the lack of additional water in my cells. Is there anything else I can do to build more mass in my arms w/o the creatine? I'm pushing the weight, but arms have not gone back to pre-kidney stone levels.

Creatine is still a thing? I thought its benefits were debunked back in 1998.

Drink plenty of water and take in adequate protein, you'll be fine.

Not sure why you thought that. There's plenty of research out there proving the benefits of creatine.

I recently started taking it again and I can defintely tell a difference. I'm making strength gains faster and need less recovery time between sets.

Rick, I've heard that L-Arginine provides a better "pump" during workouts. Worth looking into.

It definitely provides more libido. I took that stuff for like 5 days about 10 years ago and it was like viagra.

I'll look into the L-Arginine. I've used it before, just gave me headaches. Creatine was the sh!t, just not worth dealing with kidney stones again.
