"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

> First of all I would like to thank you for ur advice

Four years ago, i liked this really attractive popular girl. She
draws tons of boys attentions.
Apparently, she liked and following around and staring at me. However I
kept running away literally for a year. She was sad, pissed, but never
gave up on me for that whole year. After that year I never to talked to
her. During that time I was regretting of how stupid I was and kept
having faith in that someday we'll be together. I kept wishing that
everyday, even though i know it's wrong.
Now four years after that, I saw her once again. At first, she kept crazily flirting at me as if i was brad pitt or somethin. So I finally talked to her
for the first time. She was surprisingly overwhelmed.
Then everything turned completely around after that. Talked about
me and how I went to the hospital last year. I got her cell number by
writing it down on a piece of newspaper in my bag. I told her I don't
know how to use my cell, but I was actually nervous. So I called her the (2 times) next day but she didn't picked up. After that day, I called her 4 times but still did't pick up. Now, I'm not a
creep, but I was inexperienced on asking girls and made lots of
impaired judgements. Two days later I talked to her once again. She trying to
avoid me like I was really a creep. But I finally talked to her. I told her that even though we dont match, it is what inside it counts. But she said she all ready got a boyfriend. So I got rejected big time. WAS SHE LYING? WILL I GET ANOTHER CHANCE? IF SO, HOW? how?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Ouch! No, you won't get any more chances.

6 times?!!

You may not be a creep, but you did act creepy. Do yourself a favor: cut your losses and move on.

you can't undo it. Don't mean to be harsh, but you already screw up bro.

Now do yourself a favor and start to read the DJ Bible. Then you will understand why she is avoiding you like a plage.

Anyways... there are plenty of girls... Don't sweat for ONE.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

all you CAN do to save it is to live your life, follow your passions etc etc etc and hope (not need) that she takes notice in you again. But thefact that you've seen her once in the last four years probablt means it's over

Rookie, she had an image of you in her mind that was so great, it would have been impossible to match up to it anyway. Don't worry, girls do this more often - as do guys by the way.

Ofcourse, you could have gotten her, but that is now behind you. After having thoroughly proved you're not what she thought you were, her mind now has an entirely different image of you and working your way back is a b1tch. You can work around it, but she will never look at you the way she did before which basically makes her bad news.

Move on, GFTOW
