It seems strange that you are on a PUA site, yet are also way above average in your looks, are you all really 7 and 8's, or are you daydreaming.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
If I claimed to be a 3/10 in looks it would dent my ego, if I said that I was a 9/10 everyone would flame me, but a 7/10 is easier to get away with. :crackup:Fuglydude said:7 or 8???? Jeez man... i'ma 9.5... I'm on here cuz um... hmm... not sure actually... but its fun, w/ some cool guys on the board.
Plus the social psychology of attraction is fascinating as well.
Looks obviously do matter my freind because none of you ever admit to being unattractive dudes, I know that many of you may be handsome but shy, but all being 7+ I cannot beleive that.Deus ex Pianoforte said:No, looks just don't matter. Stop creating looks threads.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
To tell you the truth I don't even know what number that most girls would label me as, it doesn't really bother me either, I just wonder how these dudes get to place a number on themselves that is always a high one.Deus ex Pianoforte said:You can't believe that because you have a closed mind, and you must be 7 or below if you can't comprehend a very prevalent phenomenon. And as for people not admitting they're ugly, give me a break. You've been here for 5 months, and still don't know that you get flamed for posting looks threads. There's even dudes out there with NAMES discussing their ugliness. "Fuglydude", anyone?

Uhhh, did you read the rest of my post? All The Answers said:so all the idiots that are arguing how hot they think they are can backup their arguments
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
She's a f*cking lazy b*tch that's what she is. I've been telling her I need to go to work for the last hour or so! She keeps warding my hand off and saying "five more minutes...please i need sleep" This b*tch doesn't work till 4 in the f*cking afternoon! She can sleep at her own f*cking place!!! I need food! (I'm dieing for an in and out burger right now) and i need to make that money!!!SmokeX said:PRMoon - Have you actually tried to wake her up, or maybe she is away and waiting for you to kick her out?
You may well be a hot man, I don't know, there must be some reasonable looking dudes who post on these forums, but I don't think they all are.PRMoon said:I'm f*ckin hot man. Not because I think so but because this asian b*tch I met last night sleeping in my bed next to me, the girls i'm seeing and my female co workers tell me so. Ulitmately it doesn't matter how I view myself but the opinions of those who matter most in the discussion (females) deem it to be so.
Sh*t I have to get this girl out of my house! I need to go to work...and I'm f*cking hungry!!!

I just now got her to take a shower so i can drop her off directly at work. This is going to save me a ton of time thank god. I can hit up the EDR before I go to work. I'll be damned if i'm buying breakfast for this chick after this fiasco!SmokeX said:Hmm Push her off the bed and be like ***** get the **** out. Lol!
Even pretty girls get down on themselves a lot. Media sets more unrealistic standards for girls to live up to (supermodels and other teen idols) who are unnatrually beautiful make for inferiority complexes in women very common. Hence why there are so many cases of bulimia and weight control and plastic surgery occurances for women.PigAdlemPimp said:Ugly girls do seem to be more honest about their looks or lack of it than the dudes are, is their any reason behind this fact.
The looks don't matter thing is something that's been sold to them. Anyone that is selling PUA always markets that so the uglies will pay for their workshops, books, crap, etc.PigAdlemPimp said:Looks obviously do matter my freind because none of you ever admit to being unattractive dudes, I know that many of you may be handsome but shy, but all being 7+ I cannot beleive that.![]()
haha thanx man... ya, in all honesty, I don't think I'm that attractive at all, but I do love to joke about it...I NEED to do all the positive self talk stuff to get my confidence boosted up before i get on stage cuz if you're not confident dancing, you'll SUCK and it won't be fun.SmokeX said:Fuglydude - You are not bad looking I would give you a 8/10. Mind you I am a bisexual dude. So it doesn't matter what I think really.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
