Women in non-exclusive relationships have a shelf life of about 3-4 months. Just how it is. There really isn't much advice to give on it. If you are unwilling to give them exclusivity after that amount of time they assume you aren't serious about them and move on to someone else.
And there isn't anything wrong with that. They simply have different goals in terms of relationships and have given you all the time they are willing to give you to see if you want the same thing.

Wasting girls time and lying to them is morally wrong. Some men have the time and energy to lie, some men don’t. I personally find that behaviour beyond beta, lying to women to bang them or keep them around while wasting their time because you lack the means to find another women. Sickening.
They will all want to lock you down if you’re a man worth a damn. Just don’t get any pregnant. Lots of men in this forum impregnated hoes, have complicated lives and dish out subpar advice to us smart men.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

So you had sex with them ? How long have you been dating them. I would say stop being romantic ( do not even touch them ) immediately and be honest with your intentions. These girls are not going to be sex buddies and you are targeting wrong girls. Probably using some manipulation tactics knowing or unknowing to sleep with them.
If you are using some apps to get these girls then as someone said let her know you are into relationships. You can directly or indirectly say you have slept with x amount of girls but have not found the one or something like that. Do not have to be complete jerk but you must show your sexual, playboy intent. You can still get laid but own yourself that you are a cool guy who is not needy and has abundance. No bf vibes or manipulation is needed. I think for casual sex night game is probably best, so find venues in your area and see how it goes. I may be wrong but girls who like to party a lot, drink, smoke have tattoos, piercing are probably ideal target for you ( I know many such girl are trash lol )
