"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Alcohol brings out the beta in me

I have realized alcohol's inhibiting effects strip my mind of the rational alpha principles that drive my daily actions. I don't completely lose myself, but I lose some assertiveness. This then causes me to fail **** tests. However, I still escalate kino despite the previous facts.

So how do you avoid this? I'm thinking I'm going to start drinking less when I go out.

Anyone else experience this as well?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

stop drinking, alcohol is poison to your body anyway. I don't drink or smoke because I love being focus no point in getting high or drunk it always leave to bad choices in your thinking and messes your body up, there are no benefits to it.

Im similar, when I get really drunk, I just turn into a soppy little girl.

Thats why when I go out, I predrink as normal but when Im out, if Im out to pull, I have water past 12.

Cut the drink out as much as you can because it will hinder you. Put it this way, I went out twice last week. First time, found a girl I liked, flirted, she was interested, I was into her all was fine. But then I got too drunk and screwed it up, I just got too drunk and just acted like an idiot. Second night, I stopped drinking early on, had water and went back to a hotel with a girl. Sorted.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I find the sweet spot to be 2-3 shots of vodka or two drinks, less and you cant properly let yourself go emotionally (you can still approach kino and so on but the connection comes harder) while if you drink too much you risk to lose balance or have a bad feedback from your body.

Just don't get sloppy drunk if you want to pull, we all know the effects and inhibitions of too much alcohol.

However it can be massively entertaining to hear from your friends in the morning how horribly you struck out with a random girl.

No more keyboard jockeying . Action is the place.
i like getting tipsy with alcohol, sometimes drunk (once in a blue moon). getting drunk = sloppiness which is not attractive. Getting tipsy = just adds to the confidence thats already there without getting sloppy. Finding that sweet spot is where its at.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Exactly, the more I drink, I become super talkative. And if I'm out at a bar or a club, trust me, girls well get approach alot, I will start dancing for no reason and it's generally more fun for me.

I find that having a drinks increases social fluidity and well as makes everything more comfortable. Just know your limit. Looking drunk and red in the face is a huge turn off. Sloppy.

to the OP: work a bit more on your core and inner game and you'll be fine. And remember that now and then everybody fails a sh1t test. Most times it's not a big one so recovery should be easy.

It forces you to observe yourself, and you realize your true desires.
Now just use that knowledge to eliminate those idiotic desires.
Monogamy is a waste of time.
It did the same to me.

It's wierd, if I am around other people I tend to be alpha as fook. Alcohol makes me aggressive and aloof.

If I am alone with a girl I tend to get beta and start thinking how much I love them and can't be without them.
For some reason that was very funny to me.

Back in my blue pill days, after drinking, I would like to tell them how great they were and that I really liked them. Problem was, this was usually during a ONS after only meeting the girl a few hours earlier.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
