Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I agree overall, but it's not that men are better at being an exec or something, it's all about women NOT GOING INTO THOSE FIELDS and putting in the hours and making the sacrifices it takes to get to that level. All things being equal women take easier, cushier, less difficult jobs on the whole and work less hours annually. All combined, BAM! there's your wage gap. It's been well documented for quite some time now. Check out the sidebar at http://www.reddit.com/r/mensrights. Hell, just look up the Consad report. The information is out there. Even NOW recognizes that the wage gap is a myth at this point.Greasy Pig said:So if there are no women in senior management, does that mean the company hates women or that the women who applied weren't up to scratch?
I refuse to accept the bullsht that women aren't employed as executives purely because they're women.
They just can't accept that a man is sometimes better at the job.
I would disagree with the first part. Men tend to be stronger leaders, are more able to form effective teams and are more likely to do better in executive type positions.Nutz said:I agree overall, but it's not that men are better at being an exec or something, it's all about women NOT GOING INTO THOSE FIELDS and putting in the hours and making the sacrifices it takes to get to that level. And whenever they interview successful women, they always have to brag about all the sexist obstacles they overcame. I understand why anyone who's achieved success might look for motivation and take a "nobody believed in me" attitude. Unfortunately, for American women, the boogeyman must always be the archetypal, stereotypical Sexist Misogynist White Male Executive, forever conspiring to keep her down.
The truth is that women are a far greater threat to each other than most men. Women are the true misogynists. They will backbite and backstab and play dirty to eliminate their female competition. I've seen many a woman seethe with hatred over her female boss. Most men who have a-hole male bosses, while they may not like it, shrug their shoulders and consider their options, because a man will usually understand that nobody put him in that position but himself, and he can find a way out. Females in the work force are far more likely to find a scapegoat. Again - lack of accountability....funny how it always circles back to that.

Plus the type of women that go for these types of jobs are pretty masculine anyways. Its those masculine skills that are needed for these jobs.
The whole PC idea that women can do whatever men can do needs to die. While they may be able to, it comes at cost, be it extra effort, extra work, or even their feminitity.
