"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I usually wait to until the second date but if my kino is on high I just do it. The last woman I met with lasted all of 20 minutes before I kissed her. It wasn't anything major but it did let her know in no uncertain terms that I was interested in her and that she could continue to make advances on me if she wanted another kiss.

Depends on how well you know her. If you've known her for a while and have established good rapport, this is fine for a first date. If you barely know each other, going for a coffee is a much better idea.

I learned this the hard way. Women will respond better if you take things slowly on the outside, but move quickly on the inside. In other words, make a first date that doesn't seem like a first date, and work on attracting her to you.

As for the kiss after the first date, it all depends on how well things progress during that first date. If you do a good job at attracting her to you, you won't have a problem with a kiss after the first date. In fact, she may be the one to initiate it. I've been in situations where I got the kiss BEFORE the first date (after we met and exchanged numbers.)

For the inexperienced, let me put it this way, if you don't get a kiss by the end of the second date (or don't initiate it), she's
(a) not all that attracted to you
or
(b) You took too long to make a move

You'll most likely be in the friend zone if there's no kiss by the end of the second date.

If you want to do well, tease her (use ****y/funny) and combine that with kino.
