"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Main plate was sick on vd day. I went over and dropped off her gift and chatted a bit. She was sick. Anyway after a while she asked me to leave so she could rest. She said she would text me and she hasn't. I think I should wait her out. Opinions pls

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I've only gotten three girls in my entire life Valentine's Day gifts. All three of those girls were my LTR GF at the time. What would possess you to buy a chick anything that wasn't your girlfriend?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

And this is the key. If you're exclusive, you're not going to scare her away with your "intentions" by buying her a gift. Your best bet is to get her a card from the dollar store. If she bails on you for Valentine's Day, you're out one dollar. If you don't want to be out that dollar, avoid personalizing the card and use it for next year.

A card is great for playing it safe. If she gets you something, at least you got her a card. If she gets you nothing, then you're not going to give her the wrong emotional reaction because you're going to throw the $1 card instead of giving it to her.

She pushed you away, stay gone until she contacts you.... If she gives you any female BS about you not calling, tell her you just wanted her to rest.

Women do cr@p like this all the time to see if you will come unglued... get used to it, don't give it any thought, call other women.
