Here is one I always use, gets a great laugh and isn't too offending...

Me: oh my god! your teeth are so white/straight/perfect... Are they real???
Her: hahahahaha ofcourse!
Me: no way! I don't believe you, can i touch them???
then move your hand towards her mouth as if you are actually going to do it
Her: NO!!!! hahahaha
Me: ha! I knew it!

Then take it from there. You can even use this as a cold approach. But make sure you are smiling and do it in a c+f way.
