A long read but need help.

There's this girl ive worked with for about 6 months. Im in my mid 20s and shes 20. Shes also European and new to america. Shes quite flirty at work and a lit of guys have shot thier shot and failed. I like her, but shes a lit of work to get with. Anyways we flirt all the time. Ive never asked her out on a date only ever invited her over to my apt. The 1st time she said no i have a boyfriend, so i ignored her for a couoke weeks at work. Over time she seened upset and one of her friends asked why i dont talk to her anymore. Eventually i started talking to her again. The the dynamic changed a bit. We flirted heavily, she makes sexual jokes with, teases me etc. I can be an ******* sometimes to her whatever thsts how i am sometimes. One day her friend says to me that if im nice to her (whatever that means shell **** me lol) the girl i liked seemed to know what her friend was telling me and got upset at both of us. I decided to escalate hard and asked if she wanted to hang out that night she no all while smiling seemingly enjoying the attention. So ignored her for another week. This time she got nasty and rude with me. I dont remember what happened but we started talking again. Her same friend tslls me she likes me. Okay cool i think then why wont she come over. Over the course of the next few days the teasing snd sexual jokes escalate she calls me hot a few times people joke about us dating whstever.(she touched my ass with something in her hand and says wow you have no ass then i proceeded to grab her ass and she looked shocked saying dont do that. I said but you liked it. She said yeah but still dont do it.) When i asked why she wont hang out with me she says im not that kind of girl. She knows im kinda the player type, and shes looking for a relationship i think. After a but of work i got her snapchat. The other day we snapped the whole day. Heres how the snaps went. She started off jokingly saying nobody likes you. Then she sent me a snap of some stupid **** and i called her out on it. She then said yeah but if i send you sexy pics youll fall in love. I told her mkje me fall in love. At this point she says shes gotta go. Its midnight. I said whos gonna drink with me tn? She says ask one of your bitches. I said nah you should come watch this mivie with me tho she declines saying she hates scary movies. I trued to get some nudes cause it was getting late (1am now). She says no ive never sent nudes and that shes scared too. I didnt want to pressure so we kept talking a bit more. At this pount its 2am and i open up to her a bit about my life and past and stuff. Trying to get her more comfortable with me. Anyways i ask her why wont yiu come and hang out with me ever. She says shes only been with one man her whole life and thst she doesnt want to have sex once or twice. I told her that if thats all i wanted i wouldve stopped trying with her a long time ago. We ended the convo and called it a night. The next day at work we were a bit distant and different towards eachother (didnt really tslk much neither of us initiated anything, but both kept staring at eachother). I work with her tommorow and i was wondering how do i get this girl comfortable with the idea of coming bback to my place. I dont really have time to take her on an actual date. Any suggestions. Do you really think shes using me for attention despite the fact what her friend told me and the comments people have made about us? Do you think i have to take her on a date? 2.) You keep asking her to come to your house, which is creepy af. You don’t ask girls to come to your house. You ask them to go out with you somewhere then organically let the night lead to your house.

3.) She isn’t interested. Hard to get is a myth. Girls who dig you make it real easy. Fool proof even. She is just teasing you at work and probably giggling about it to the other female coworkers making you look like a clown.

You need to tone it down, she is playful and joking about it now but she could be a booty grab away from going to HR. Control yourself bro. Or if things go south she can wait 6 months and say 6 months ago you grabbed her butt. Doesn’t even have to be true, boom job gone, reputation tarnished.

If she really is looking for a relationship and want to avoid casual sex then it makes sense she behaves this way. You're coming off as a player, she's interested, but doesn't want it to just be sex. She doesn't trust that you want the same as her, she isn't willing to risk it.

If you're interested in more than just sex you'll need to tone down trying to fvck her right away.
