"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I'm in one of the best dating places I can ask for at my age: college. I'm only 20 and there are lots of girls to talk to and date. However, I kind of messed around too much (slacked off) and had a state of depression which made things worse so I'm most likely gonna need another year to graduate (so 5 years instead of 4).

Most of my older buddies know about it since it's a small school and you know mostly everyone, but the new class doesn't really know about it.

How do I go about still talking to girls I'm interested in? Do I lie or just don't worry about it?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've read the Bible, but it's not really applicable in my situation. Check my edit for more info.

alright man...heres the dice...you said small school so everyone already knows about your slacking off except the incoming class. you want to approach some HB but u cant cause you see urself as a failure from the past semesters. Lying to them wont do any good....its really not applicable, you said urself that its a small school and everyone knows everyone....whatever...
lying will just make you look weak...accept ur defeat from the past so that you can strive forward and be successfull. Dont let ur past failures anchor u down..its time to move on. I dont think bit*chez really care about how u goofed off too much in the past.....doesn't really matter cause its history. Show ambition for the present and the future....girls really dig ambition...keep approaching and if ur past is a touchy subject dont bring it up just roll wit' it. GL.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I fail to see how it's "not applicable" to you simply because you're at a small college and are taking longer to graduate. The principles of attraction haven't changed simply because of the size of the school you go to or the length of time you're there for. Girls haven't changed because you're going to take 5 years to graduate instead of 4. The only thing that's changed is your own mindset... either you can be stuck in it, complacent to say "it doesn't apply to me", or you can push yourself out of your comfort zone and utilize the knowledge already on this site.

Since "how do I attract girls" isn't exactly a new question on the forum, closed.
