That article isn't very accurate. The lowest, Tier One starts at $1000? I guess all the girls charging less than that are Tier Zero. Granted I don't live in New York so it might be different over there.

As for the whole needing to date them thing. I guess that only applies to the super expensive. As for why anybody would bother with all that, I don't have a clue.

Yup that is where we are at not with the male female dynamic... women can be prostitutes and still demand girlfriend treatment even though though they are being payed to serve the man.... There are simply too many men now so desperation is at an all time high such that things like this are possible

I think many john want to recreate the dating dynamic but while eliminating the annoying possibilty of being rejected later for sex... iTs like paying to live the perfect fantasy... 50 year old man with 22 year old hotty on a date , she keeps a perfect attitude the whole time and has sex at the end... what could be better....
