All right, to catch you up from last time. I went on a few dates with this one girl. It went pretty well, but basically she's about to get friend-zoneded. Fair's fair.

Problem is, she introduced me to her friend who is cute and I saw her eyeing me. Fair's fair.

They work together. I'm trying to think of a way to get the HB's phone number. That's sticky. I could just drop by there, it's a Second Cup cafe, and I hate coffee, so I would have no normal business there. But women are a bit slow around here, I could just drop by at a random hour and strike up a conversation.

Also, I could ask this girl who I went on a few dates with. That would be kinda ugly. Shoot, I still need to friendzone her.

This sucks. I don't think date-girl has HB's phone number. Ok that means the only way to do this is to drop by. DAMN this is why I should get that phone number the first time!

Any other way?

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

grow a pair and stop by to talk to the friend. I wouldn't use the girl you've been dating to get to the other girl... just be a man and do it yourself.

You're single, she's hot, approach her like anyone else.

She's a girl, you're a guy. Talk to her.

Right. The problem: I know where she works but not when. It's not quite on my way.

I would approach her but I don't know where she is. The girl does.
