"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

You meet a woman. She has had a hard life.
Dad beat her up a lot, grandad tried to groom her, she tried to kill herself. She is a lovely, thoughtful & caring person who you get on great with. You have found a great match.

Do you continue seeing her?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Judge based on her behavior and actions. Spin plates, if she acts up then drop her.

A little bit of insecurity will help a woman stay loyal. However, if she starts going bat5hit crazy on you for something, then drop her.

Keep your eyes open for red flags. Until one comes up, enjoy fvcking her.

She will be an emotional parasite. Recommend her to go see a therapist and never see her again.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Ask yourself if you genuinely like her or if you love the fact that she is vulnerable ?

People have hard lifes that does not make them bad people. But you are not responsible for her life so don't be a caretaker. She is not a victim anymore.
