“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

guys i always do a set of 20 rep squats in my routine..basically, where u use a weight that u normally do 10 reps with..but force 20 reps out before putting the bar back on the rack. this is supposedly really good for bulking..but im wondering what you all think. it seems that doing this causes my form to get crappy..THEN, i start bending over too much..THEN, my very lower back gets a lil strainined and hurts like a ***** for about a day.

I tried these once, and I must not have been breathing enough because I got a MASSIVE headache any time I tried to lift for the next week. So Im sticking with my 4 sets.

Why don't you try rest-pause sets. Where you do about 10 reps, then stop and put the bar on the rack, then 30 seconds later do as many as you can, then stop and put the bar on the rack, then 30 seconds later, do the same... keep doing sets until you can't do any more.

Big N , Workerouter:

You guys are obviously going too heavy. Just lower the weight and get your 20 reps. If you hit failure at 10, what makes you think you are able to hit 20 without fukkin yourselves up?

You really got to think about some of the shyt you read in those magazines. You will get hurt.

20 rep squats are supposto shock your muscles into growth when you're at a platou...its not good to do them every day, go heavy, and hit up 20 rep squat once in a while

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Breathing squats can do very very good things to your body as long as you do them right. Pick a weight that you know you could do 20 easily at and up that a little. Say you could do 225x20 easily...bump it to 245 and see how it goes. The purpose of 20 rep/breathing squats is usually to "breathe" and rest between reps so you can get your 20 in.

yeah, okay guys i see what ull sayin..DIESEL, u seem kinda ambivalent in this response..should i do them or not?? heres my EXACT squat routine i use once every 6 days..

1st set: warmup
2nd set: 20 rep squat...in which after i get tired..i simply take more breaths and rest between each rep..until i get to TWENTY
3rd set: heavier..6-8 reps
4th set: same as third 6-8 reps

if you do a search on the net for 20 rep squats, youll see what im saying..theres a whole **** load of pages sayin how damn good they are for you both mentall and physically..however, im wondering if performing three sets of heavier squats 6-8 reps and simply getting rid of the 20 rep idea is a better alternative.

oh and also, the davedraper site has some **** about 20 rep squats.
