It works. Big time. I just finished my first cycle on it.
You should only do it. 4-6weeks on.. 4-6 weeks off.
Front load the cycle doing..6 a day for the first week, then taper off to 4 for the next 5 days then down to three till you go through two bottles of 1-AD.
BTW, if you don't have AT LEAST TWO YEARS of solid training under your belt... you don't need 1-AD. Learn to fukking train/eat first.

I tried a six week cycle. I saw no gains, and had an emotion breakdown in my fourth week taking it. Although i can't say for certain that the andro caused it, or if it just happened that stress and life caught up with me, but a lady friend of mine who would be in a position to know, medically, told me was most likely the case..
Ultimately, I decided to cut it.. It just didn't seem to be helping at all.

Agreed. Also, make sure that you're 18 before taking any kind of Phormone.

I have been recovering very quickly from my work outs, I used to be sore like for 2 days when I did arms. I did a killer work out yesterday and today I feel like I havent even worked out. When I flex I get a nice flush, even when I am not doing anything. I am only on day 6 maybe, so its to early to be stepping on the scale.

No, I didn't gain weight because I am using it as part of my cutting diet... however, I did not lose any strength (which usually happens on cutting cycles due to decrease in calories/carbs) and in some lifts (like inclines for example..) I even GAINED strength.. for example.. last weeks chest workout, I hit 6 reps on DB Incline with 120's on 2300 daily cals...
I'll jump on again when my cals hit sub 2000 for the last 3 weeks of my cutting cycle... it should definitely curb much if not all inevitable muscle loss when dieting that low to kill that last stubborn bits of body fat.
I'm pretty sure if I was training/eating for size, I'd put on some nice mass using 1-AD

I say go with real steroids instead of prohormones, prohormoens are relatively new, and the sides and long term sides haven't been established yet, a well planned cycle of steroids will give you a huge leap of gains over PHs, and the temp. sides will be about the same, but the upside of PHs is that they're legal, o and a cycle of real sauce is cheaper then a cycle of PHs 'less you gota hook up
Well I am about 2 weeks + in to the cycle, I am not gaining any weight. But I am getting strong, and I also think I am losing fat. I know 2 weeks isnt much time, but my bench has gone up 10lbs. I will stay on the cycle 4 more weeks, and see what happens. I front loaded Andro nitrate fuel, with ergo pharm 1 ad. I also take andro poppers 150 it has alot of 4ad in it.
I have put on close to 30 lbs already this year, and about 10 last year. The weight gain has more to do with eating more than once a day, than any supplement. In fact creatine and the cheapest protien I could find are all I have taken. I have gone from eating about 2000 calories of SHVT, to eating about 3000 of good wholesome food, and protien suplements added in with that! I would get 900 calories a day from COKE in the past. Changing my diet alone has taken some hard work, and discipline at first but now I dont think about it. I know my body fat percentage has increased by 4 percent since last september, from 14.9 to 19. Is it the healthiest no, but I am worried about bulking up rigth now. I had my bf% tested with calipers, electrical impedence and in the bodpod. I have access to the human performance lab at school, which is cool, because i can get a very acurate LBM reading and can desgin a diet from there. So, I know most of my gains are muscle for sure. If could either not gain wieght but lose BF% ill be happy, or if i could gain more muscle and keep the same BF% ill be happy!

The chances you'll have any extreme side effect is slim to none. Consult your physician before you take anything if you're that uptight.
I've taken pretty much everything from Biotest Laboratories (e.g. Mag-10, Tribex-500, Methoxy7, etc.) in quadruple doses, 1-AD/4-AD, 1-AD/4-OXO, Hydroxycut, Boldione, 1-Test, etc. etc. I can safely say that I have not had any of the side effects a lot of non-users tote these products to have. It's also good practice be qualified to take any of these products as in... train fukking hard and have trained fukking hard for at least a year and a half, know what you're done, understand how your body works, and especially, don't take anything if you're just looking for a miracle drug.
If you're really afraid of the side effects (which are helluva lot more hyped than the products themselves), and you do take one of these products... you'll experience the side effect through a placebo effect. In other words, if you're scared enough, you'll hallucinate that you have side effects from the drug, but you really won't have it.
I'm on my 3rd cycle of Hydroxycut/L-Tyrosine right now. No side effects. Notice I said cycle. I do a lot of unsafe things (for lesser folk) like quadrupling dosages but that's what my body and mind can take. Oh, for those who don't know... Hydroxycut used to contain a lot of Ephedra which was the core ingredient in speed. I'm on a 3rd cycle of the old Hydroxycut. I guess you could say I'm a tweaker.

I would usually say to use synthetic AAS over pro hormones/steroids but ive heard a lot of good things about 1AD so am looking to start a course within the next month or so, plus its much cheaper than Mag 10 for example.
As far as i am aware 1 test shouldnt convert to estrogen so gyno etc shouldnt be a prob - i could be wrong tho.
Any consensus on an effective dose? I was looking at 6 a day rather than the recommended max of 3. Twenty days on ten off and repeat. What do you guys reckon?

Right now I am taking 1000mgs of 1ad a day, and 1200 of 4ad, and will tapper I down over the next 200mg per week over the next 4 weeks. Ill give everyone the 411 over the next few weeks. One thing I wanna say is that there is no substitue for a smart/intelligent training regiment, eating properly and getting enough sleep. You can be takign all the suppliments in the world and if you are off on any of these three things that were mentioned before you wont see gains.
