I'm all for the negs but that is almost as bad as mine. The second line contradicts the first. No manners + "good energy, intelligence and an outlook on life" usually don't go hand in hand,.. but i get where ur going.

sup.. Just got a new set of dumbbells with the traditional threaded grip, and my hands are sore as f*ck, which is suprising as they are top quality set - or is this is common anyway? Is it a matter of getting use to it and waiting for my soft hands to toughen up, or should i invest in a pair...

I'm thinking of getting through about half a (big) tub a day to try and put some weight on my 5ft 8 130 lbs frame. This is pretty much the only bulking food i have in the house right now. It's no added salt and all natural. So is this a good idea? Thanks
