"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I was reading this, and it got me interested.
“before surgery I was invisible, but now people are starting to notice me and I get attention from the opposite sex.”
“It can be that the partner undergoing the weight loss has been in a dysfunctional relationship but hasn’t been empowered to break free from it, but after the weight loss they become more empowered and then they end a potentially toxic relationship”

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

This likely isn't even a matter of receiving "upgrades", so much as it is these gals finally having access to the variety all humans crave, once they become even mildly more fetching than they were prior

Same way chances of a man straying outside of an LTR are quite high, if said gent is both physically attractive and financially successful. Even if the gal he's currently with is a supermodel, that yearning for a fresh adventure isn't extinguished

Another reason to start lifting weights.

All these Fat Jabbers will end up skinny which is not a good look for men.

And then as soon as they stop they will be going back to being fat and gain more weight because a large portion of what they lost was muscle mass which burns significantly more calories than the fat they kept.

I'm on one for sleep apnea due to eating probably 3x more than necessary on a bulking phase - but i find myself becoming more defined using the product (which admittedly may be a rare outcome?)

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

If you are lifting that might be plausible, but dirty bulks are kind of pointless. Your body is only able to add about 2 lbs of muscle a month, at most, under optimal conditions and usually the points that are not optimal don't have to do with calories, it has to do with recovery and sleep.

You are creating a problem that you don't need to create and then using a drug that you don't need to use to treat it.

No then I misstated what happened. Last year I did a dirty bulk - this year I am peeling it off.

Ahh, OK gotcha. Honestly I am still not a fan of GLP-1 for a few reasons.

First, you don't need it. I lost 80+ pounds in a little over a year before. Nobody "needs" these things to lose weight. The body will do it all by itself when you give it the proper inputs.

Second, it robs you of the discipline that you will need to maintain it and understand how your body actually functions without it.

To a large extent I do not disagree. I have a history of doing 20/4 intermittent fasting - but I get grumpy and do not have the time available these days like I used to. In a perfect world, I'd wake up, do 10 sprints at 50 yards each, fast until dinner and then basically eat whatever I felt like. Who knows, maybe I still might.

I'm in the U.K and see a lot of guys dating down; healthy-weight average 5/10 to slightly above average guys (6's) dating overweight 3's or obese 2's. I think it's in the UK, due to various factors, and there's no incentive for the everyday Britbong girl to keep in shape and/or have a pleasant nature; the dating market is rigged here. She can choose simp beggar guys with higher SMV than her. If they are taking Ozzy (ozempic) it hasn't taken full effect yet or spread to wide audience.

Contrast that with Central and Eastern Europe: every day, women keep in shape, dress and act feminine, place much more emphasis, and competition for men is much higher. A lot of them smoke, though.

I see couples like this EVERYWHERE in the UK, even when i just go do the 40 minute Supermarket once weekly shop I see couples like this grocery shopping together all the f'ing time. I actually find it sickening.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Very true.

I see a lot of guys walking to offices morning and evening, looking horrifically dejected with life. It's not surprising.

I can just tell she'll have an awful personality, be covered in school desk graffiti tattoos, etc.

Some of the paler subcontinent girls can be a decent catch if you like that look. They're always assumed Muslim so just get ignored.

@Identikit_Radiohead quite a fair bit of this forum has no carryover to UK due to our "unique" situation here...
I actually think "Game" which was coined in the late 90's/early 2000's (afaik) was due to the dating environment becoming increasingly worse for healthy weight/slim/fit average men to get their Attractiveness Match or slim average women. Chateau Heartiste did an article on it. It was not a buzz word in my dads peak dating years (1967-1980) when i asked him. My dad and his friends from college/work/football club all married slim/thin or healthy weight women, not bombshells but decent 5's to 6's.

A "mid" skinny average female work colleague of mine once told me it was like having "gold bars" on the dating market by being in shape/skinny feminine shape, and that was looong ago now, around 2008/9. We were both the same age at the time - 30/31. She was just a retail worker on £6 per hour (£12'500 per year), but was being asked out by guys who were pulling in over £50'000 a year, which was a well-paid Solicitor or Lawyers annual income at the time.

Ultimately we've not had the regular cull of men from war or dangerous jobs like mining.

Women haven't needed to keep up standards.

You just can't go around culling men.

Are the solicitors the ones that wear the wigs in the courtroom?
