“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I was reading this, and it got me interested.
“before surgery I was invisible, but now people are starting to notice me and I get attention from the opposite sex.”
“It can be that the partner undergoing the weight loss has been in a dysfunctional relationship but hasn’t been empowered to break free from it, but after the weight loss they become more empowered and then they end a potentially toxic relationship”

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

This likely isn't even a matter of receiving "upgrades", so much as it is these gals finally having access to the variety all humans crave, once they become even mildly more fetching than they were prior

Same way chances of a man straying outside of an LTR are quite high, if said gent is both physically attractive and financially successful. Even if the gal he's currently with is a supermodel, that yearning for a fresh adventure isn't extinguished

Another reason to start lifting weights.

All these Fat Jabbers will end up skinny which is not a good look for men.
And then as soon as they stop they will be going back to being fat and gain more weight because a large portion of what they lost was muscle mass which burns significantly more calories than the fat they kept.

I'm on one for sleep apnea due to eating probably 3x more than necessary on a bulking phase - but i find myself becoming more defined using the product (which admittedly may be a rare outcome?)

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

If you are lifting that might be plausible, but dirty bulks are kind of pointless. Your body is only able to add about 2 lbs of muscle a month, at most, under optimal conditions and usually the points that are not optimal don't have to do with calories, it has to do with recovery and sleep.

You are creating a problem that you don't need to create and then using a drug that you don't need to use to treat it.

No then I misstated what happened. Last year I did a dirty bulk - this year I am peeling it off.

Ahh, OK gotcha. Honestly I am still not a fan of GLP-1 for a few reasons.

First, you don't need it. I lost 80+ pounds in a little over a year before. Nobody "needs" these things to lose weight. The body will do it all by itself when you give it the proper inputs.

Second, it robs you of the discipline that you will need to maintain it and understand how your body actually functions without it.

To a large extent I do not disagree. I have a history of doing 20/4 intermittent fasting - but I get grumpy and do not have the time available these days like I used to. In a perfect world, I'd wake up, do 10 sprints at 50 yards each, fast until dinner and then basically eat whatever I felt like. Who knows, maybe I still might.
