Runner's high is absolutely awesome. I love when I get that. I run everyday, but only rarely do I get it anymore... Yeah, if I slack off and don't work out for a little while, I feel guilty.

Recently there's been a trend of older women dating younger men. Some women are 10 or more years older than the men they are dating. I don't think she would laugh at you if you went for it.

Yeah, you really have to stay consistent with being a challenge, otherwise it's as if you can't do it anymore. All I can say is don't give up your power.

What I like to do, is if the first date goes really well, act like I'm going to go in for the kiss. But then, I back away and say, "I'll see you later!" Makes her want the kiss even more, in my experience.
