Somthing just occured to me today. And that is that not only is working out good for you but it also makes you feel great.

I discovered this after some intense bike riding, I got off my bike and was sweating and breathing hard. But what surprised me was that even though i was tired, it was like an addiction... meaning I sudenly felt like going and doing more work, in fact i almost went freestyle running though the woods. In fact i also got a sudden boost of confindence, I was like "I don't give a f**k about anything".

But the point of this post is work out. I think its called a runners high. Its just a feel good feeling. So not only do you work out you feel good and then you wanna get off ur ass more often. which is exactly what us DJs should be doing.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Runner's high is absolutely awesome. I love when I get that. I run everyday, but only rarely do I get it anymore...

Yeah, if I slack off and don't work out for a little while, I feel guilty.

I belive the reason why running(working out) build up so much confident is becuase we all created a mental posibility in our mind that with a better body comes with greater posibility of getting laid. But the main reason for running is becuase you want to be in the best shape you've ever been and your at the peak of your game as well as your performance! its nice to know there isnt a slacker on here, which would push me to work out even more and or course be in a better shape than you! haha.

This is also not the only thing i do to keep/get in shape. Too many people think that just doing one exersise is going to make them fit all over (ex running will trim you down and get you a healthy hart and lungs, but wont give you big biceps)

i also to pushups 4 days a week and work w/ dumbells (I do this all at home and dont go to a gym. so dont ever give any "I cant get in shape cause i dont go to a gym" crap)

yeah man, same here. I've never actually been inside a gym. I have a bench and dumbells at home and sh*t so I just use that.

Well, my lungs suck (fvcking cigarettes...) but I am pretty well built. I ususally lift at home, but gyms are VERY nice. I prefer them, but rarely can go. Too much $$$
