"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Hello,

I been with my girl for 3 months now,

we started off jsut seeing each other, she would come over on saturday mornings after my night outs and would jsut hang out roung my house. she knew i was kinda player but thought there was more to me blah blah blah.

eventually she got me, she would come n see me when i got ill and i began to really like her etc.

it's the holidays now and we've been spending soo much time together, almost every day and night this week.

Recently the sex has got kinda boring, which im gonna sort out with various stuff but i wanna keep up the challenge for her. i Mean i been spending soo much time with her, i would never have been soo easy a couple of months ago but now it jsut seems natural. When i was single it was easy for challenges, but how can i do it now? i mean i cant get with other girls, i cant ignore her calls temporarily, if i become suddenly mysterious she will think somethings is very wrong.

How can i keep the relationship exciting? jsut romantic ideas?? And another thing is i don;t wanna keep doing such things to make her think im too nice if you get me? i want her to work for me because thats what attracted her to me soo strongly in the first place (plus my exceptional good looks)

sorry for ranting on?

what you guys think?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Yeah, you really have to stay consistent with being a challenge, otherwise it's as if you can't do it anymore. All I can say is don't give up your power.
