    Creatine

    How to start the day everyday as a DJ.

    Great post Accension. One thing I would suggest to add to "Before you even start your day" would be to do a small workout of some sort (this can be as little as some push ups and sit ups if you like), it gets your body going and can take only a couple of minutes.

    If you take too much it can be bad for your kidney, but just stick to the loading phase amount for the first couple days, and then use 5g a day.

    You can always throw in some soy milk if you can't digest milk. I usually have at least a gallon of Silk chocolate milk in my refrigerator.

    Good article on different proteins I prefer ON Pro Complex because its easy to mix and has a good amount of amino acids and such in it. I take ON Casein at night since it's digested slower. Make sure you take some creatine before your workout, and then the protein as soon after as you can...

    I've managed 28 chinups, as for pullups I think my best is 22 or so. This was last year when I was lifting more often, I'll have to try it again now

    I've done it before, I always feel like **** after, its stupid dont do it ever. One time i drove off the road cause I missed a turn, luckily some guy pulled over and pulled me out of the ditch at 5 in the morning.
