"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Since the city I live in has grown to over 100,000 inhabitants, I've begun to see how women are less interested in a single man, or less focused on making a single man happy.

Instead, when I go to rural towns, or towns with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants, I'm the prize.
The impact is that, even if there are fewer women, they are more interested.

So, if in the city you have 1,000 women, but only 10 are interested, in the countryside you have 100 women, but 10 are interested.
And the interest you receive is completely different.
Girls who have lived in the countryside, or in towns with fewer populations, aren't used to the stimuli of the city, so they aren't overstimulated. They have more tolerance.

That's why I'm seriously considering moving to a place with fewer inhabitants, 15 or 20,000 maximum.
Life is quieter, women are more interested, I can live frugal, there's no city stress, and I can drive to the city in just a 15-minute drive. I can go to the beach in just 20 minutes.

In my opinion, many men need to understand that their "advantage" is better spent in less populated areas. If there are high-status people and lots of money in the city, then you can't compete with them. You need to go where you can be happier with less, living more frugally, and creating your own little environment.

The city has always offered me "distance" and "promenades," with shops, restaurants, bars, etc. But I never feel as alive as when I take these walks in nature, when I truly connect with someone, when I have a barbecue, a picnic, a bike ride, a stroll by the sea.

Some might say that the city is better because the women are more sophisticated and have already tried everything, but I don't think that's actually the case. Many women who live in cities are truly unhappy because they see too many other women who have too much more than they do, while in less populated towns, there are only one or two truly rich people, rather than 100, so you realize that that's an extreme, rather than the norm.

It's a radical different lifestyle.

My thoughts.
How did it go for you?
What kind of experiences have you had?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

In a city with a large population, a woman is always endlessly chasing a status boost with every new guy she lands. It's an incredibly different kind of game than what she can indulge in in a small town.
Today she's with the millionaire who runs two restaurants, but in the meantime, she's set her sights on the multimillionaire who owns a yacht, whom she met thanks to her current boyfriend.

The same doesn't happen so often in cities with fewer inhabitants.
A woman values the relationship more, rather than thinking of a man as a simple replacement for another man.

Women in cities have hundreds of men writing to them.
Women in smaller towns, you can count them on your fingers.

Female nature remains the same.
We know it.
Every woman responds to the same triggers.

And This is precisely why, guys, the more stimulation you give a woman, the less satisfied or happy she will ever be.
If you take a woman and two of her friends to an ice cream shop, then all three will be happy to get an ice cream and go away happily.
But if you take the three girls to a store that sells candy in a four levels building, then if she sees her friend buy two bags of candy, she'll buy three.
Not because she really wanted to, but because she wants to now.

We know how women work, and feminine nature can get out of control in an environment with so much stimulation.
Cities certainly have their advantages for casual dating, but if you're looking for women for a LTR, you should move to less crowded places, not because the women there are biologically different, but because less stimulation = a healthier life.

This is also where a solid man might shine.
If you are respectable guy, you find it hard to live off the city, just because the manipulation levels, and many men there are not your friends.

I do think if you're looking for an LTR, you're better in a smaller community. I wouldn't want to go too small though. For some reason, women in big cities are more interested in plate spinning, or in fast paced serial dating.

In our current social climate? Pursuing LTRs in NYC, DC, Los Angeles and whatever's left of Portland is more of a fool's errand than trying to persuade the average Muscovite to lay off the vodka in favor Dr. Pepper

I wouldn't personally put too much stock in San Francisco or Silicon Valley either, nonetheless there are men on this website who claim to have found these locales

Otherwise, everywhere else in the nation remains pretty solid on this front... The size of a town is of less importance than it's mileu, and only a few metropolitan areas have been savagely rocked by this iteration of "The Culture War" we've in the midst of for the past decade

Small towns ain't what they used to be. Generally, they are not thriving. There are no jobs, so most people leave. The ones who stay are the elderly and the drug addicts. The depressing atmosphere of a dying community that has seen better days permeates everything. So I don't know what kind of "understimulated" girls you are expecting to find, but I doubt they are worth living in such a sh!tty environment.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

i agree with you. small pond big fish, or tiny fish in big pond... same fish...

i assume when you visit the small town you personally look like your are from the large one. dress, transport, manner..., dialect/how you talk. you look like an upgrade to the local area...

your describing the same things as a passport guy does.. moving to a new location where your relative placement is higher. really smart move. just think it through, make sure you do the math to make sure you keep your advantage.

some of those interested in the small town want to LEAVE with you. not just be with you.

This in my experience, is a 100% spot on. In my experience, small-town girls make far more effort in dating; they cook, clean and have no qualms of putting out. Most are low maintenance too that they don't have delusional expectations, etc.

So if you're looking for a LTR like OP yeah i agree small towns are best, and keep them there.

Small towns ain't what they used to be. Generally, they are not thriving. There are no jobs, so most people leave. The ones who stay are the elderly and the drug addicts. So I don't know what kind of "understimulated" girls you are expecting to find, but I doubt they are worth living in such a sh!tty environment.

This is spot on, but I would say that there are some small towns that are thriving, mostly college towns or towns building data centers that offer great electrical jobs ($70+ an hour if you're in the field) and other jobs related to data centers or college towns. Think Iowa State or Wisconsin, etc. I think if you're a guy wanting to do the small town thing, the best situation would be to have a good remote job that allows you to live anywhere in the country. I have one and was truly debating on moving to a smaller town. The only reason I haven't is because I'm waiting to see what happens in 2028 with the elections. You can get rent for dirt cheap. I was dating a girl in 2022 who lived 1.5 hours from the city where I'm at. She was paying $600 a month for her mortgage for a 4-bedroom house. You can't find a studio apartment for that in a major metro unless it's in a super ghetto or a trailer park infested by bullets and fentanyl.

Once again, if you're looking for a LTR this is best. If you plan on plate spinning then you're better off in the city.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I've spent a good portion of my life in and around a large city as well as many years spent in small midwest towns.

If you want to go thru a lot of women, then the big city is the place to do it. You will get labeled a man wh0re really quick in a small town and it will limit your options. It easier to hide things in a big city than a small town.

The problem with small towns is selection. There aren't enough hot girls in small towns. The good thing is there are more solid people that are more suitable for long term relationships. Swipe Apps really suck in small towns.

A lot of that is not necessarily true. Depends a lot on the size of the town. If it's a more medium-small type of town especially, it could be growing, have a decent amount of opportunity, and might be a far stretch from a "sh!tty environment". And some small towns are havens for the wealthy.

Small towns thrive on social circle game. It's the only way to really connect with women.
Outside the social circle, you'll constantly meet the pickiest women you've ever seen your entire life.
The ratio of men to women is unequal in small towns.
There will be several women that look below average, believing they are leagues above you.

If you can get inside a network circle there's a possibility of meeting someone great, otherwise you're just welcoming doom in your life.

Isn't this just another way of saying:

"I'm too lazy to improve myself and be high status, I just want to f the hot girl and have her be my maid"

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Fair point, which is why I qualified it with "most". This obviously does not apply to boomtowns like whatever Elon Musk is building in Texas, vacation home communities for the ultra rich (i.e. Palm Beach and the Hamptons), or small towns that have effectively become suburbs of large cities. But those types of places won't have "understimulated" women OP is talking about.

Not really.

If you lack confidence, you will still lack confidence in a small town.

If you don't look good, you will still not look good in a small town.

If you are fat and out of shape, you will still be fat and out of shape in a small town.
