“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hello friends! Johnny here.

Has anyone else noticed that almost every workplace seems to have "that one person"?

You know the type: usually a manager or someone in a position of authority who seems determined to undermine others, discredit their work, or blow small mistakes out of proportion. No matter the company or industry, it feels like this personality shows up everywhere.
(For context I've changed my job, and as soon as I've completed my first week, I've actually spot this guy, which I actually had weird gut feelings for right at the beginning. Look like that as soon as I've entered the job, He went 100% insecure. I might have activated something in him)

For those of you with more experience, how have you learned to deal with people like this? Has your approach changed over the years? Do you see them as just another workplace challenge, or have they ever been enough of a reason, a dealbreaker, to leave a job?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Not guaranteed, but they do exist. The only way is to play the game, win the management over and have social proof. One girl who tried to discredit my work tried that on me, but my social proof helped me. They knew I was ex-mckinsey and she couldnt explain the work I did, everyone figured out, she was excluded even by woman

All personalities exist but the most dangerous one is the person who will do anything to get ahead and that includes trying to tear down everyone else to management to do so, especially when it's a high performer that's been there a while, because they are often the ones in good with management.

Dude, they're not good. They have personality disorders that allow them to do things you'd struggle to do if you were a normal person.
Like destroying people, lacking empathy, etc.

In these cases, I think the best thing to do is simply walk away and erase these people from your life.
Any suggestions?

You can't win over a narcisist or a psycopath, They will destroy you.
I did win against a narcissist and a sociopath, but with a trade off. I got them exposed, but my performance suffered immensely during the process

Yeah, the main thing is to document everything and avoid reacting emotionally.

I had a rough situation at my previous workplace, and honestly I was lucky it ended as part of a general temporary layoff that affected a lot of people, rather than me quitting in frustration or getting fired personally. That kind of clean exit matters, especially if benefits or EI are involved.

When you’re dealing with workplace politics, the natural instinct can be to lash out, quit, or say something that gives them ammunition. The better move is usually to paper yourself up, keep records, communicate carefully with HR/management, and make sure you don’t hand the other person an easy win.

AI can be useful as a second brain for drafting messages, calming down before responding, and seeing options you might miss when angry. But the real principle is simple: don’t fight workplace snakes emotionally. Protect your record and keep your exit options clean.

It doesn't matter if it is grade school or corporate America, bullies don't want an actual fight. They want to pick on someone who won't fight back.
Unfortunately the "fight" can also be corporate.

When I did my apprenticeship I had an opportunity to actually become someone learn a skill. I had a LOT on the line.

Unfortunately this arab leprechaun knew this and started bullying me relentless. He knew I couldn't afford bs, and thus doubled down.

After begging him to stop I lost it and told him I would twist his head from his neck. He hid in his car almost crying while I was pulling on his door to come outside and face me. Ofcourse I lost the job. Luckily I got another one soon after and things worked out fine.

Now im doing my own shyte and funnily enough I saw him this morning. He pretended he didn't see me and ran away quickly.
