You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
Beautiful, keep up the work, glad to hear you found your way.Yes. I was very depressed at one point, around the age of 16. I overcame it through sport. Gym workouts brought me back to life, somehow.
Maybe it has to do with channeling the energy into something productive. Maybe it’s the endorphins. Maybe it’s the goal setting and discipline. I don’t know, but gym was my way out of depression.
Even now, when I start feeling miserable, I know that there is one way out - taking action. Small wins towards my goals.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Well then let’s hope it stays that wayNope.
That really sucks, makes you remind yourself to be grateful that you are healthyA friend from high school recently killed himself. He knew he was genetically predisposed to get a very aggressive type of prostate cancer. He watched his dad die of it and his older brother is currently suffering from it. I think he was just waiting to get the eventual diagnosis.
And from knowing the guy, I don't think he did it out of fear. I think he wanted to spare his wife from the financial and emotional drain of him dying slowly from cancer. Suicide has the reputation of being immoral and selfish. I don't think his was.
I agree, passivity and inaction will get you nowhere. As crowolf mentioned earlier small goals to achieve on short and long term basis can also help with that. But let’s also not forget how important diet is, so I’ll add that as well - so no fast food, no trans fats, replacing sugary food with healthier better alternatives like fruits and taking multivitamins etc.If you’re suicidal you gotta start taking action man. There’s plenty of support groups you can reach out to, talk to me, message one of the good dudes here and they’ll lend an ear and give you advise. Talk to a pastor, therapist, take brisk walks, hit the weight room, read the scriptures, meditate/prayer does wonders. Join some support groups on facebook and have several friends you can call in real life who’ll lend an ear.

you’re not a burden if you’re using that time to maybe write a novel, poetry of some sorts to inspire other people
Rhymes don't pay the rent.
-Each time I hear "Wokeness is dead", and then stumble across yet another recent interview that has trigger warnings attached/almost every other word edited out, guzzling down a gallon of anti-freeze seems like an act of immense of self-compassionHave you ever had Suicidal Thoughts and How did you overcome it?
How could you solve it?too much in their heads
The first step to solving any problem is recognizing you have one. Second step is identifying why and what triggers it. Third step is changing habits and the way you think, becoming disciplined so healthier patterns develop. This is interesting.
How could you solve it?
