Do you think that heavily tattooed women are just garbage?

More than 3 tattoos are usually signs of internal damage. As a lot of women use tattoos to deal with trauma and emotional pain.
Besides not being visually appealing for some guys, I think it would come down to self awareness. If the woman is conscious of her issues and working on it, you could give it a **** and make it work I guess.
But if she's not it's a wrap .

In my experience heavily tattooed women do have issues , usually on top of low self esteem.

This is the best advice for dealing with heavily tattooed women. Don't expect a quality, extended relationship for them. If extended, committed relationships are important to a man at a given time, then that man needs to focus on less tattooed women.

It's possible to get a quality, extended relationship from a woman with few tattoos that are small and easily concealed. The ideal would be to find a woman with 0 tattoos, but that's difficult to find from women born in the 1980s-early 2000s. I've mostly dated women born in the mid to late 1980s (slightly younger than me) and tattoos are common in that age range.

They aren't. Even a well designed tattoo won't be as attractive as non-inked skin. I've seen examples of women with some well designed tattoos and never thought it was a looks improvement. At best, it's neutral.

There are examples of women who have gotten too many tattoos and ruined their looks.

So what am I supposed to do about my height? Get leg-lengthening?

The options are limited for what a short man can do. It's a negative life experience.
