"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Should you tell her about the "pill"?

When you have the chance to meet your desired woman, sometimes you want her to understand "how it works," or you may wonder if she could be aware of it.

Redpill, Blackpill—call it what you want.

Should you ever have a serious conversation with your woman and discuss all this content? This could help her understand both your position and hers, see the relationship with all its nuances, and gain a better understanding of behaviors and more. Will this lead to a better wellbeing?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Going by the title, I thought this was about birth control pill. :D

No, I wouldn't mention anything about the pills ... would just make you look like a weirdo to any normal woman. Imagine the conversation, she asks what this is all about and you mention these are movements supposedly started to empower men. They are lead by some grifters who talk big and act all macho on YouTube but in reality they are just the opposite of what they're preaching ... married to an older woman, single, dating single moms, hoes who disrespect them during live podcast transmission, etc.

Let your actions do the talking for you.

You should only talk about things you have knowledge on, OP.

Even tho you know about the pill, you are far away from understanding it.

If you understood it, you’d know that the answer to your question is, ‘No’.

I don't recommend it. I've went down that road and all it did was backfire on me. I tell very few males about it.

A woman no matter how much she loves you will never be your best friend.

Never mention the red pill or the black pill by name with women. You also don't want to talk about too many of the concepts of the red and black pills with women either.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
