Best practice is to wait for few days, if she does not message you, probably means that she is not interested and then you should drop a message to girls since at that moment you have nothing to lose.

After a ONS, I would only text when I want to ****, because that's all they're there for a that point. I couldn't take a girl serious after a ONS because you know she's done that with plenty of other guys.
