They are easy for sure....everyone I know seems to love them. I've just never liked the yolk like that...it's kinda like a powdery weird texture to me

Ever try egg salad? The GF doesn't like eggs either. She mixes them with an avocado. 4 eggs with one avocado. It lasts in the fridge for a few days. That's her daily breakfeast.

I cannot stand egg salad. My Mom used to make me egg salad sandwiches growing up and I was lucky to get two bites in before throwing them out. Just yuck.
And eggs are one of the few things I don't like avocados on...just doesn't seem to go together taste wise to me.

How about mixed in with tuna fish, or skipjack? With home made garlic mayo…mm I’m hungry now.

Eggs or avocados?
I don't eat much tuna...usually my fish is salmon, sardines or mackerel...all fatty fish high in Omega 3s.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
