I'm pretty sure that his contract can only be taken away if he does something *after* signing it - and it's fully guaranteed. It was foolish for any team to give him guaranteed money.

He hasn't lost that much. Probably 10-15 million, but after the suspension and fine, he will still see the vast majority of it.

He got off relatively easy
