I believe a 6 pack really helps as much as having decent size, the best thing would be to have both but its hardly possible for most humans so in such case a flat stomatch a decent size seems to me the best option.
No one likes the strong fat guy as much as no one likes the skinny ripped one.
In my case women really like my arms and delts which are the ones that respond better to training, for some reason my traps get bigger really easily therefore I actually have to avoid any exercise that involves them.
Really great shape not only for your age but even for a guy in his 20s.
I would appreciate if you PM me your diet and training too, would like to compare it to mine also do you happen to check yout Test leves? in which range are you, probably around 600-800?
