EVERYTHING with women are all about introducing subtle hints, easing into it, and minimizing shock/confrontation. This can be applied to EVERY situation with women. I've been doing this with my wife over 17 years.

As guys, we need to be told directly and have things hammered into our skulls because we don't approach or do things the same as women. In addition, the loads of antibotics the the lady has to be on can hurt her in the long run. Some ladies catch it easier than others. It's also a lifestyle change. Less carbs (yeast) and sugars also will help. The bacteria feeds off of yeast and sugars.
