“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Yea more than one cup fvcks with erections. And on the alcohol it decreases testosterone, increases estrogen and decreases blood circulation producing a weaker boner. Let her do the drinking, you sip and take your time on one drink if that.
Didn’t know that. I drink ALOT of coffee.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Hey Bud,

Sorry, but you're way off base on coffee and erections. Coffee actually HELPS with boners and mitigates ED.

Here's a recent article and study: Coffee May Perk Up More Than Men's Brains: It Could Stave Off Erectile Dysfunction
Im not trying to bad talk the coffee industry. Try it on yourself. On me more than 1 cup or so raise anxiety and like over doing it with 3, 4 cups produces weaker erections. There are studies that go both ways. The best way with any substance is to see how it affects YOU particularly.

Caffeine has been shown to have benefits for overall cardiovascular health. Plus, the caffeine positively affects the penis--here's the biology:

Why would caffeine prevent against ED?

Caffeine is known to affect blood vessel function, which the authors suggest is the likely mechanism for its effects on ED. They write that the “suggested biological mechanism is that caffeine triggers a series of pharmacological effects that lead to the relaxation of the penile helicine arteries, and the cavernous smooth muscle that lines cavernosal spaces, thus increasing penile blood flow.” In other words, arteries and smooth muscle relax, blood flow is enhanced, and the “cavernous” space in the penis that contributes to erection fills with blood more easily.

There are far more evil "lifestyle" contributors to ED like being overweight, being sedentary, poor diet, low self esteem, and stress.

Coffee isn't even on the map.

Gives you anxiety which causes performance anxiety, also boosts your heart rate to hurt stamina
Coffee contains antioxidants which is playing role in producing testosterone, too much increases cortisol and this reverses the positive effect and could indeed cause anxiety.
