"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Seems like some men have an attachment disorder. Meaning they admit they were attached to being plugged into the matrix and now switch that attachment with being attached to have unplugging from the matrix.

At what point do these men convince themselves they've unplugged without the obsessive need to keep repeating they've unplugged like a parrot recorded on a broken record?

It's like trying to brainwash yourself you're so "over her" by telling yourself and any and everyone who will listen instead of internally accepting it and moving forward.

Is it some kind of need to being attached to something? IE: The attachment to being "unplugged".

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Undoing decades of cuck behavior doesn't happen overnight. A lot of guys(myself included) have been making mistakes to some degree their whole lives. The healing time depends on the size of the ego imo. But there's nothing wrong with a big ego, as long you have the skills and stable core to back it up. Some guys are simply working on rebuilding that core. Talking about and teaching what they've recently learned helps to instill it into their own lives. They may repeat the same things for years before making noticable progress on their personal journey.

Over ten years for me and I still locate small things, small lies, still filtering through there but they are not connected to women.

The red pill is wayyyyy more than just women.
