How are all you BPD addicted fellas doing? All that crazy monkey sex and abuse ruining your lives? I truly hope not but I know better.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
Wow, glad to hear you’re alive man!How are all you BPD addicted fellas doing? All that crazy monkey sex and abuse ruining your lives? I truly hope not but I know better.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Thanks guys!Wow, glad to hear you’re alive man!
And... you still owe us a story...
Welcome back!

Mentally ill thread huh? Ha!@5string - Speak of the devil, I about mentioned your name in the mentally ill thread and here you appear. Figured you could englighten some of these "Captain Deal with a Crazy- Ho" types.![]()
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
Well brother, guess it was my destiny. Thank you for the kind words as well as those from the other guys.Welcome back, 5string. Always nice to see someone older than I am on the board, lol.
I can't believe you started having kids at 60! Not sure I would have the energy for it.![]()

A beautiful thing, congrats.Thanks guys!
The short version is that I made it through the stalking, the abuse (she hit me so hard, I lost the hearing in my right ear and had surgery to get part of it back), her nasty lawyer, etc. it’s done now of course. After awhile, I met a nice gal, remarried and moved on. I am now 62 and have a beautiful set of twins who are pushing 2! Mine is a unique story no doubt. Funny thing is, I never had kids. Now I have a girl and a boy.
It has been hard work for sure and the twins are happy, healthy and very cute.Welcome back, 5string. Always nice to see someone older than I am on the board, lol.
