"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I know that the best way to deal with them is to not let them happen in the first place. But still, they occasionally happen. How do you all deal with them, and avoid crashing early and then ruining all of your responsibilities?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Coffee, adderall.

Also personally I've found if I go to bed early and get up really early and give myself several hours before I go off to work I do some of my best work.

A successful all nighter involves a lay. If it doesn’t happen then exit early… No problem with a sleepover if the lay happens… if you do sleepover, the future outcome only depends on your internal mindset and how you convey it to her…

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Do what you gotta do don't bytch about it. A all nighter meant you procrastinated. Manage your time better and you get decent sleep before an exam.

Drink lots of water.

Also, if you're dozing off then you should stand up. You'd be amazed at how long you can go by simply doing this.

You can also stay focused on something. It's really easy for someone to stay up for a long time if they're doing something.

You ever drink energy drinks for when situations like this happen?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

When your really focused energy drinks will just dump your adrenaline making you tired faster. When your focused you won't need shyt. Also all nighter means you procrastinated. Learn to focus.

I do usually have a hard time focusing when it comes to school a lot of the time. Both when doing my homework and when in class. I'm really about to get some adderall but I have no Earthly idea where I would even get any of that.

A doctor?

Adderall makes you focus but it can make you not remember jack sh*t. You also crash pretty hard after.

Maybe do some physical after school activities. It seems like you just need to blow some energy.

I don't think it's a physical condition. Whenever I'm doing stuff like writing new music, I can stay focused for hours.

It's just that the course material is extremely tedious, boring, and it's hard for my mind not to wander.

I've been going to the gym more, but I haven't been able to go at all due to the fact that I have exams in all my classes and my poor time management. Heck, I barely even ate for a few days

Pay attention with energy drinks, they wake you up short term but once the effect vanishes you get even more tired since you basically borrow energy that you should not have had in that moment.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Keeping attention and retaining knowledge in class can still be manageable. Active listening through asking questions and reading material before class is alone going to increase your understanding twice fold.

Though, another important thing to do is applying what you know in your everyday life.

I don't classes you're taking l, but if it is computer science, you can go back on old projects and revamp them with different theories

Yeah, all Computer Science classes. The main ones that I have trouble paying attention in are Discrete Math II and Databases/Networks. I think honestly it might be a discipline thing and it might just come down to how badly I want my degree. Gonna start turning my phone off in class also so I'm not tempted to get on social media.

Start lifting. It gets you centered on yourself. When you study remove all distraction such as cell, tv,

The thing about infrastructure is you never fully understand it from studying architecture on a whiteboard. You have to apply it by building or using that type of infrastructure when solving a problem in the real world. If you have an old repository, I would suggest on implementing one the databases you talked in class or at least think about how you would implement it.

For the ones your having issues with get a tutor. One of the main points of college is to learn how you learn best. You need to be in the moment and digesting information thats not necessarilly your preference. Its a good skill to have. Learn how to be in the moment and focus. Apply time and resources to achieve objectives.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
