i go to the same during the day once a week, so I basically know everyone that works there. So, today I sat where I usually sit and this new cute bartender chick came to me and asked me if I wanted something drink. I order it and she appeared nervous, so I asked why she was nervous and she reacted by covering of her face with the food menu but her response was that “it was her first day at the job”, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But another dude asked her how long she had been working at the bar and she said for a week, so I thought that she may be interested in me. As time went by and talking my buddy, I would notice that she’s make the effort to pass by us and she would smile and act nervous when looking at me, so I asked for a second drink and she poured three times as much. 20 minutes later she comes back and asked if we needed something else, so I told her that I wanted her phone number so I can take her out and her response was “sorry, I can’t give out my phone number because there are cameras everywhere, but you can write your phone number on this piece of paper”, all this interaction with her having a big smile. So I asked for the check and gave her my phone number and told her to call me.

From my experience, her interest level was really high give her smile, finding a reason to be around me and flirting. What do you. guys think?

I got a bartenders number from Tilted Kilt one time, so I'm not sure if that's a real rule. I know Hooters girls who married and had kids with guys they met while working.
