I think you are pedestalizing females in general. I treat the process as I would as if I were with a friend, with one difference... I make my intentions known, with body language and flirting, that I want to fvck. The up and down looks, looking at her lips, spinning her around and checking her out, when you first pick them up for a date, putting your hand on the small of her back, etc. Start small and step up the escalation over the night.
