I think there are jobs that are better suited to men, like military for example. And there are jobs that are better suited to females, like nursing. I guess I'm a bit old school I don't know , but I do see both fields as having a very vital role in society. Now those are two fields have always complimented each other, nurses caring for wounded soldiers on the front lines back in the day. Both men and women risked their lives being out in the middle of those war zones doing what they needed to do. Those nurses and soldiers were pretty brave. Back then people didn't debate what was proper or PC or oppressive when faced with losing their freedom, both genders pitched in and did what they had to do for the betterment of everyone. I think a lot of that drive has been lost in recent times.
