I always thought of it as it promotes not OVER objectifying women to the point where it's creepy. That's how it pertained to me.
Sucks to admit but before I learned of nofap years ago I was heavily addicted to porn and just gave off this creepy vibe to women, and would say minorly sexual things to them at the most inappropriate of times lol. Probably because I was super objectifying them and placing them on the highest pedestal possible.
Lots of fapping to porn turns you beta with women.
The "deeper relationship" thing to me is really just getting your normal emotions back. Because when you are heavily addicted to porn your emotions become non existent to an unhealthy point to where you don't give a shyt about anything besides your next 'fix'. Similar to drug addicts.
This is what I've experienced and perceived in the past.
So if you're a true beta anyways then yea you'll probs pour your heart out to women and crave a fantasy unicorn relationship with them when you go nofap for awhile.
