I would turn it into a joke..like "oh so you prefer intravenous fluids for hydration?" just something cheeky/corny. Flip it on her and tell her a NON ALCOHOLIC drink...like tea. If she is still giving you excuses after that then drop her.

Some people actually don't drink. I'm one of them (you're thinking about my age: I could get crack, meth, and heroin if I really wanted to, alcohol wouldn't be a problem). Just do something else. Like pizza or something. "OMG GUYS! She doesn't drink what should I do???" "NEXT".
