"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

If your personality is "stalker", yes, you messed up.

An alpha male takes responsibility ALWAYS. Are you suggesting he take responsibility NEVER??
29 straight times is overkill in any situation. But I do like urban' s point you really can't mess up, if you look for compatibility. Lying to yourself is the worst thing you can do

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Well you could also say an alpha male doesn't follow society's rules of what it means to "mess up".

You only mess up if you do something that is not in line with our own values. You don't mess up when you do something not in line with a woman's values.

A lot of men cheat and the woman stays. Why? Poor self esteem.
Nope. VALUE is the reason.

You're not going to throw away the best man you can get because he cheats.

Also the concept of "self-esteem" today is what's wrong with this culture. This idea that anything that offends your frail ego must be removed from your life forever lol.

If he cheats, he's not the best man you can get.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Says who?
Just another way of looking at it.
Depends on how much the woman values loyalty, I suppose.
Personally, I could never respect a woman who is okay with her husband/boyfriend/whatever sleeping around.

Some women VALUE loyalty and would say he is not the best man by virtue of having cheated.

Value doesn't exist in a vacuum. It's based on other things. You and I don't value the exact same things. Some guys would rather have a fat wife for 5 years than an HB9 for a month.

It's like saying "She's with him because HAPPINESS".

@Urbanyst you are declaring her the best despite cheating, so this falls under the "be her best option" philosophy.

I don't support cheating. Just saying people will always stick to whatever they BELIEVE to be their best option. The more VALUE you hold in that person's eyes, the more you can get away with.

Of course. But forgiving someone is not the same as being ok with it.

A high VALUE man will get more chances. A low value men will be out the door the minute her ego is bruised.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
