It's deeper than that. Sh!t is on a spiritual level that can, and most likely leave you with random lifelong thoughts of them or even worse, it consumes you.

As long as you find something else to do, this past trauma can and will fade into the rear. It won't be as overpowering as when you dealt with it daily.
Yes the mind,body are important,but the most important aspect of a person is the spirit.I believe if you are not right with God then the whole person will suffer that is mind,body and spirit.

You wanna know another name for 'lovebombing'? It's called the Honeymoon phase and lasts 6 months to a year.
Just because a woman called you awesome at the beginning of the relationship doesn't mean she had a mental illness.
Like I say everytime the WebMD armchair pyschiatrists come out the woodwork, BPD & Cluster mental disorders are rare. Statistically, it's more likely the relationship didn't work because they were incompatible, not because she was crazy.
Googling BPD symptoms does not make you a licensed pychiatrist.
