A few people have told me that it's bad. Can't get stiff from stroking and self stimulation.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Sadly not true anymore...the amount of 20 year olds with low testosterone these days is staggering...You need to expand your collection of p0rn. There's going to be something out there that will get you going.
Do you think the problem I'm having is a medical issue bro?Sadly not true anymore...the amount of 20 year olds with low testosterone these days is staggering...
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
Would you say it's a serious problem if I'm unable to get stiff from hand stimulation?Avoid tofu. Avoid microwaving. Avoid plastics. Avoid artificial colors and flavors. Avoid MSG and Aspartame.
Take real, Korean Ginseng (it's a sap, like Molasses).
Try fasting.
No more pharmaceuticals.
Look at pictures of my girlfriend.
Are you saying you've never had an erection?Would you say it's a serious problem if I'm unable to get stiff from hand stimulation?
I have before, not recently at all. Ppl have told me within minutes of hand contact it should trigger an erection at my age and that doesn't happen. They've told me that's a problemAre you saying you've never had an erection?
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
That's not true. I get stage fright with every new girl and can't perform all that well until about the 4th time we're together.I have before, not recently at all. Is use it or lose it actually true? LolThat's not true. I get stage fright with every new girl and can't perform all that well until about the 4th time we're together.
You should be able to get turned on somehow.
It's all in your (big) head. You might have a mental block. You need to find some regular way to get turned on. Use it or lose it.
Yeah I've had some days with no erections at all before and mornings with no morning woods. That's not true. I get stage fright with every new girl and can't perform all that well until about the 4th time we're together.

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
I'm pretty skinny but I can't see abs so I guess I'm skinny fat lol. I don't drink much water at all, like no bottles of water in I can't even remember how long.Probably dietary. Lose abdominal fat. I would try fasting for 3 days. You drink only fresh squeezed juice for 3 days, plus tons of water. Worst case some homemade vegetable broth (steep vegetables in simmering water all day).
There is no amount of "avoidance" that can counter the fact they genetically are producing less testosterone than the generation before them, who are producing less testosterone than the generation before them, who are producing less tesosterone than the generation before them, who are producing less testosterone than the generation before them. It's an environmental issue, it's a genetic issue that is being passed down from the mother to children, and it's an epidemic that nobody wants to talk about.
What do you think I could do about it or what could be the issue? I know I've been told to go to the doc & I'm going on Thursday. I've heard some mixed opinions on it. Some ppl have told me since I can't get erections from stroking and hand stimulation that it's a bad sign and some have said it's not. There is no amount of "avoidance" that can counter the fact they genetically are producing less testosterone than the generation before them, who are producing less testosterone than the generation before them, who are producing less tesosterone than the generation before them, who are producing less testosterone than the generation before them. If the average person in 1950 was starting at 100, the average person today is probably somewhere at 50, each generation has degraded downward...nothing they can do when they are starting at 2/3 or half of what somebody born in 1950 was starting with. Yes, "avoiding" things might help them go from 30 to 48, but they still have a maximum of 50...that's not helping them get back to 100...it's sadly not possible for many these days, and it's not right.
Get your T levels checked and if you are below 500 its an issue...don't buy into that BS that if you are at 350 you are "normal". The "normal" range is 300-1100 which is riduculous. Anyone testing under 500 is likely going to feel like crap...it would be like saying you aren't obese cause you only weigh 280 lbs instead of 300 lbs. Yeah, you might not be obese, but you are still fat as fvck and likely very unhealthy. What do you think I could do about it or what could be the issue? That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
