They do it because you take care of them, and they know you like it and it makes you feel more like a man.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

she ALREADY thinks you are strong and independent, she offered to do your laundry because she is attracted to you and knows this and doing laundry is an act of kindness. acts of kindness show appreciation and affection. this is GOOD. allow her to do your laundry, and do something nice for her out of the blue like clean her car and wash it and when she makes a big deal about you doing it just nonchalantly tell her, well you do my laundry all the time so i wanted to do something for you.....
