"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

A girl at work caught my eye and since I'm leaving the job in 3 weeks I decided to ask her out.

Kino, teasing and she was responding receptively until I asked for the date, she gave me the number and said

'I don't know if I should tell you this'

'We can be friends'

Where the fvck did I go wrong?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Nowhere. She just had low interest.

Invite her out anyway. If she frames it as a "ljbf hangout" disregard and proceed like its a date. Use Kino and escalate like you would any other date. Its hard to show alpha male qualities at work because you arent the alpha, the boss is. So when you get her out let the Don Juan you shine through. If after that nothing then she just doesnt dig you.

If she is willing to go out with you then do not worry about what the fvck she is saying.

Gee how many times does this have to be said... NEVER pay attention to what women say.... only what they do.

Why do women say stuff like this... heck I don't know. But I do know much of it has to do with the fact that there are so many fvcking clueless dudes out there. I'm seeing a woman now who has this freaking nut case stalking her.... She went out with him for only a few weeks... and he's already acting like they've been married for years. Many times women will say LJBFs right off the bat because they want guys to slow the fvck down.

Just proceed as usual, she gave you her number.

She will more than likely use the 'we are friends' line again. Ignore it and escalate. If you get rejected, then she really does want to be friends & has low sexual interest in you.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
